As a home inspector I am trained to look for defects and safety hazards in any property I inspect. As a father, husband, and home owner, I am here to protect and guide my family while maintaining my own home. My Mission Statement is simply this, “I will enter each property as if it were my own.” In other words I will treat each property as if my child were going to live there, or my wife was going to sleep there. I treat each property as if I was going to be the person maintaining it. I promise to inform the customer of all defects or safety hazards that I would want to know about if it were my home.
